Organizational Structure: Project Management

Integrated Governance of EMJM Janus Master:

To ensure effective project monitoring and the achievement of objectives within set deadlines, we have established indicators for monitoring by regulatory bodies:

Council of Partnership Coordination (CCP)

The decision-making body of the Consortium, consisting of a representative from each partner university (a principal and an alternate). Chaired by the coordinating institution, the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3, CCP oversees all consortium actions, including approval and modifications of the consortium agreement, program activity schedules, and the evaluation of partnership functioning. The CCP meets at least once a year.

Selection
Committee (CS)

Responsible for selection operations, including verification of the selection calendar, analysis and harmonization of evaluation criteria, and participation in the pre-selection and admission phases. It comprises a representative from each partner university and two representatives from socio-economic partners to enhance future students’ employability. The CS meets as needed.

Council of Evaluation and Improvement (CEP)

Comprising representatives from each university, experts in Security and Defense, and student representatives. The CEP provides expertise on the program’s content, proposes improvements, and meets at the end of each semester.

Quality Assurance
Committee (CAQ)

Charged with implementing quality assurance, evaluating the consortium’s performance, and ensuring adherence to commitments. The CAQ meets every two years.

The Erasmus Mundus Janus program offers a unique opportunity for faculty and lecturers to contribute to the training of future Security and Defense professionals. Participation in the program allows for the development of collaborations, the sharing of knowledge, and the advancement of research in this field.
