EGRACONS for Erasmus Students:

– UGR utilises Egracons to facilitate grade recognition for students during their study period and internship placements abroad.

– Egracons streamlines the process of grade conversion between European institutions, promoting transparency and ensuring the quality of academic recognition.

– Information regarding the specific conversion table applied between UGR and the partner institution is provided to students, ensuring clarity and fairness.

Diploma Issuance:

– The title of the diploma is issued in both English and the local language.

– From 2023 onwards, proof of accreditation will be an integral part of the diploma issuance process.

Semester Conditions:

The semester is structured around 6 Teaching Units (EUs), with each unit being assessed on a 10-point scale.

– A minimum score of 5/10 is required for each Teaching Unit to be considered as passed.

– For the successful completion of the semester, accumulating 30 ECTS credits by passing all Teaching Units is necessary.

– A deliberation jury is convened to make decisions regarding the achievement of credits, especially in cases where not all credits are secured through direct assessment.
